D-Town Boy Toy wants to host the next BAM in Beantown. She has lobbied hard, shown sincere commitment, and even shared some of her mystery ideas with me. BAM is near & dear to my heart, so I don't say this lightly:
It's official: Boy Toy has won the bid for hosting Bustamunga 2008 in Boston!
Here are the particulars:
*$200/person [any less than that makes things too stressful & the budget too tight]
*The exact Saturday in October 2008 will be determined this Fall.
*When the date is set, the party will be 'on' as soon as we get 30 people who send $200 checks.
*Since I'm still wiped out from Sexy In Detroit, I'm leaving this in Boy Toy's hands [I'm helping as a consultant].

bustamunga = a pub crawl??????
Can you guess who the BAM Veteran is who had the nerve to describe our "creative interactive themed mystery stop event" as a pub crawl to unsuspecting, alchohol-addicted friends?
And who are those alcoholics that were lured to bustamunga because they thought it was a $145 pub crawl????
Finally, how many of you would have come to BAM, paid $145, if you heard it described as a mere pub crawl?
I'm not sure whether to commend that BAM Veteran for his creative bait [calling BAM a pub crawl] or feel insulted! Regardless, the lure of a pub crawl brought some fun new blood to our Interactive Themed Mystery Stop Event!

Hott Scott was reluctant to carry around this nick name when Queen Drama Mama first proposed it. As a matter of fact, his exact response was: 'No. I don't think so.' But I insisted. And as you know, The Queen Gets What The Queen Wants.
Many of you boys were jealous & tried to take him down because of it, too. We saw that, boys, and we stand in support of Hott Scott.

The things I learned at BAM 2007
Ummm...
I learned a valuable lesson about how NOT quiet an air mattress can be, when you are TRYING (unsuccessfully)to be quite...correction, I was told that I need to be more quiet....
...I learned that I prefer my meatballs with the meat...
...I learned that my deodorant is not strong enough to stand up to a good game of laser tag...
...I learned the there is too much blood in my alcohol stream....
...I learned that I really like GIRLY SHOOTERS and irish car bombs...
...I learned that BLACK bars are funny, especially when you walk in and a BROWN tune is jamming...
...I learned that not all bachelorette parties want you to go dancing with them as a final gesture to the bride...
..I learned that my cousin can take a nap in a bar, on a reserved couch, get up and keep going....you go kid!
...I learned that swinging balls of fire in a bar is lame...
...I learned that 6 blacks in a row does not increase the odds of a red coming up next....

*Which bustamungian gets more black with every drink, even though he has blond hair & blue eyes?
*What prominent Bustamungian wasn't done partying at 3am and kept referring to himself in the 3rd person? Then accusing #10 of trying to throw him under a bus?
*What two 'Bustamungian Pisces Chicks', were so moved by Dr. Bob's sexual energy (of Walnut Meatball Fame @ the Holistic Cafe) that they needed a brief time out?

Don't Stop Believin'

T minus 4 days until Bustamunga 2007 carnival begins!
Temps should be in the mid 80's and waves look to be 6-8 feet on the lake
with a nice break. Don't forget the sun scream as even the Brown people
can burn.
I Believe that:
baseball should be played on real grass
fun is a full time job
Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone
Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a hero
Orange is the new Black
